I don't agree, but I will accept that judgement, as if Guido still had BDFL status.
To help add more weight to what Guido said, it doesn't belong here and it only belongs in a PEP if that PEP is justifying the feature to begin with. IOW we don't need a PEP justifying every design decision that we have prior to the PEP process.
