[Python-ideas] Irrelevant venv? [was: Requirements.txt inside virtual environment]

Eh? Would you be willing to unpack that reference to 'venv' specifically, or was that just your patent-pending snark? I can't recall a venv being obviated by later developments, but I can recall a lot of cases where I later wished I had started with a venv on general principles. Steve
