While I'm glad to see some more positivity in this thread, alas, no, extension methods are not a mechanism for making strings non-iterable. Nor do they help with floating point inaccuracies, resolve problems with circular imports, or make the coffee *wink* Extension methods are a technology for extending classes with extra methods, not removing them. -- Steve
