That's what I thought as well and good reference to repeating the namespace of the constants. +1 ALL_CAPS feels very inconvenient to me as it reminds me of 1) ancient history (DOS, C, etc.) and 2) A SHOUTING CONVERSATION WHICH GIVES TOO MUCH WEIGHT TO UNIMPORTANT THINGS!!!!!
