Hi! I'm interested in this workflow issue of cpython pull requests that get tons of review and feedback, but, for whatever reason, ultimately lose the attention of the original contributor. I opened a GitHub issue on the dev guide repo where I wrote more about the problem, and proposed some solutions/ideas.
