As (rather apologetically) posted to the CamPUG google group: Aagh, I thought I'd done this post, but apparently not. The next meeting will be a talks meeting, 7.30pm at RealVNC (http://tinyurl.com/realvncoffices). I've said I'll do something on SOAP in Python (quite likely to be demonstration based, given preparation time! - but that should work for this topic), and Bryan hopes he'll be able to do something, although again more likely to be demonstration/lightning based. Of course, anyone else is welcome as well. On the other hand, if you're going to be going to the Richard Stallman talk, instead of us, please do let the group know. Announcing the March London Python Code Dojo

If you *do* sign up and realise you can't make it after all *please* let me know since we've had a waiting list for the past two dojos. This time we’re aiming to continue with our quest to build a top-down dungeon / world in PyGame. Daniel Pope has volunteered to present an overview of some of the games he’s written and explain some of the good practices one might want to make use of when designing and building a game. No prior knowledge of PyGame or a coding dojo is required to attend this event – just an open and enthusiastic attitude! :-) Pizza and beer start at 6:30pm and coding will start at 7:30. Next Python Sheffield meeting Feb 22nd

Hi all, The next Python Sheffield meeting will be on Tuesday February 22nd at the GIST Lab in Sheffield. The meeting will run from 19:00 - 21:00, although doors will be open from 18:30. This month we're having lightning talks, then a longer talk by Safe Hammad from Python North West on an introduction to Django.
