AnyCPU assemblies can use x86 and x64 assemblies, as long as they run with corresponding architecture (check Prefer 32-bit setting <https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12066638/what-is-the-purpose-of-the-prefer-32-bit-setting-in-visual-studio-and-how-does> if you are experiencing issue with x64 assembly).
You need a pythonnet dll matching your Python architecture.
