Can we find out what is blocking to release pythonnet 2.1 without ".dev0" tag on it? WinPython distribution is considering pythonnet for inclusion once this stable version is released.
What are the issues blocking merging develop into master branch and then release this on pypi?
The only issue I see is python 3.5 support:
Finally should the tests be included with the wheels so that people can run the tests on their specific set of CPython and .NET/Mono platform?
