Hello - I just came across this call for collaboration - I’m definitely interested. I work on a number of different systems that generate a variety of image data:
Serial block face imaging - three dimensional SEM models that need to be processed before creating a segmentation training data set
Correlated multi-modal imaging - Raman, SEM, bight field, fluorescence data sets that need to be spatially correlated and then run correlation network analyses
NASA mission image data stored in the public PDS repository - threshold masking, noise modelling
I would be interested in collaborating with any of these projects if you are sill looking.
