scikit-image v0.11 sprint, 12--14 December

Hi everyone On the weekend of 12 to 14 December, we'll be sprinting to release the next version of scikit-image. Since we're spread out all over the world, from Australia to the US, we'll do tag teams as necessary. No matter your level of expertise, we can use your help!
