I'm sorry, for some reason these messages slipped by my radar
completely unnoticed.  We've been communicating in the mean time, but
here's your answer:

GSoC project leaders:

Emmanuelle Guillart
Stéfan van der Walt
Tony Yu

and Aron Ahmadia for projects relating to a proper backend /
dispatching system with integration of numba and opencl backends.  I'm
sure the other members of the team will also help out--these are just
the people who signed up.
