Actually, mid-January | early February sounds OK now. We need some time to awaken the reviewers, and catch up with the scheduled issues/PRs. And then, fortunately or not, everyone is having Christmas and Happy New Year :).

This is the best we can do for now, but (sorry in advance) during the next year I'll be pushing more to have the releases more frequently (1/6-9month). :)
