I think that issue has been approved enough times in words to go ahead
and merge (there's one conflict that needs to be sorted out).

There is still few issues and PR for 0.13. Egor and I did our best these
last weeks to reduce drastically the length of the list and some of them
can probably be postponed. Is there anyone who wants to manage the next
release? (Personally, I don't.want to).

You have done a great job at that, too---thank you very much.

I think Alexandre was interested in helping out with the release. But
if he isn't available, I will put some time aside.
