Hi Thouis, ilastik does not seem to have a programmatic interface, is that right? I can't do it via GUI's, my end goal is to find features programmatically in possibly thousands of images...

It has a scripting interface (command line) for batch processing. I have talked to them about adding a client/server mode using zmq, but it's not yet started. Ray
