Are you planning to release both 0.7.1 *and* 0.8? Is there any reason why we shouldn't just point users to 0.8?

Some people will still try to install "scikits-image", which currently gives 0.7--broken on OSX. As such, it would be nice to at least have a working 0.7. Stéfan
