Indeed! Tony and I were planning on releasing this weekend. It's been a busy week for everyone, it seems, otherwise we'd be done already!

I think we're done with most of those. We do have a bug report by a certain A. Mueller from about a year ago that you could work on :) https://github.com/scikits-image/scikits-image/issues/32
I could also give the sphinx a look and the pep8.
