Could we scale up the logo a bit and move it a tad to the left? And perhaps add a slightly darker gray (than the box itself) background to the "Image processing in Python" box? Perhaps like the other boxes, my guess would be roughly

Now looks like all the other boxes.

Also, the CSS design team should be credited somewhere.

You mean the bootstrap team? I think it is best to list them in the footer next to the "sphinx" credit.

With the very prominent "Download" button, we also don't need that at the top.

Finally, we can use a different font to distinguish the website. Perhaps Raleway, Ubuntu, PT Sans or Duru Sans? Add to bootstrap.min.css's:
