I am not sure whether we will participate in GSoC this year. I haven't applied as a mentor organization--do you know the timeline for that?

Other skimage devs--are you interested in GSoC 2014? It takes a significant amount of time to mentor, so I don't want to do this unless at least a few of us can put in the time.
