As you may have observed, this mailing list has received a bit of
disruptive spam in recent months. For that reason, the mailing list
settings have been updated to require a moderator approval before posting
to the entire distribution list.
If you submit a message, it will not be immediately delivered until a
moderator approves it. There are a few moderators on this list, and we aim
to approve posts within a week. It will not be necessary to submit multiple
messages to the mailing list; there will be a modest delay.
