[SciPy-Dev] Arpack problems and 0.10.0 release

Hi, The first release candidate for scipy 0.10.0 will have to be delayed a bit, due to problems with Arpack: http://projects.scipy.org/scipy/ticket/1515 (test failure on 64-bit Linux) http://projects.scipy.org/scipy/ticket/1523 (crash on 64-bit OS X) I'm hoping someone has the time and knowledge to fix this. For the OS X crash, it would also be helpful if someone could (a) reproduce it and (b) narrow it down to a self-contained example for easier debugging. Thanks, Ralf
