Hi all,

On behalf of the SciPy developers I'd like to welcome Christoph Baumgarten as a member of the core dev team.

Christoph has been contributing to scipy.stats for half a year; among other things he has added several new distributions: https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pulls/chrisb83. He has also been quite active in maintenance & PR review.

I'm looking forward to his continued contributions!
