Terms and Conditions is rather in the eye of beholder though.

Just for example, if you run these last 3 versions though readable.io
you get grade level reading scores (lower = easier to read) of:

Me: 4.4
Bennet: 6.6
Ilhan: 9.2

I highly recommend readable.io - I didn't run it on my stuff until
just now, but I generally find it gives useful suggestions on
improving clarity and readability.
