If you just want to start contributing, feel free to browse our issue tracker - there are many issues tagged Documentation that you can start working on right away. SciPy also holds bi-weekly community meetings and you are welcome to join too - please check out our calendar at https://scientific-python.org/calendars (our next meeting is this Wednesday, April 13, at 8pm UTC).
