We proposed to have regular meetups every 2 weeks and change the time zone every meetup (EU/Africa/Americas and Pacific/Asia/EU). So that anyone could join once a month. The first thing to decide, in these respective meetings, would be to pick a day and time not to have to do a pool all the time.
