I'll probably address the staging area for SciPy release wheels in a separate PR from this cron job for weekly uploads. Since our master branch wheels builds typically have some failures in the matrix for unrelated reasons it is complicated enough as it is.
I did notice a 3.0 GB "free limit" I think---hopefully that doesn't become an issue.
