Re: [SciPy-Dev] proposal to drop Python 3.6 and NumPy 1.14 / 1.15

My thoughts would be to drop 3.6 for 1.6, but obviously we need to retain for 1.5.X. At the moment we're supporting 4 Python releases. It would make CI burden a bit less.
