Hi, https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/4348 proposes to add a new window function to scipy.signal, this one to be exact: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_function#Exponential_or_Poisson_window It seems fairly straightforward, but if there are users of such a window function then please have a look that the API is what you'd expect.
