As most here are aware, there is a large overlap between the SciPy and NumPy contributors and community. Because of our initial setup, both the NumPy and the SciPy community meetings currently happen on the same day.

To make this more convenient for maintainers and contributors, I propose moving the SciPy meetings by one week, so that the next one happens on *Wednesday, July 13*.
