Hi all, Just a heads up that in master we removed many deprecated functions just now (in https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/9325). The ones from scipy.interpolate not many people are going to care about, however the image-related functions from scipy.misc used to be popular (they've been deprecated for a while though). In particular misc.imread. The misc namespace is getting empty. If the new datasets package that Warren is working on lands, only 6 functions left.... Cheers, Ralf
