The Numpy-discussion group seems to have disappeared. I'm still receiving emails from the distribution list but I can't find the group. I doubt I am the first person to ask, so sorry for the repeat.

Do you mean the Google Group that gateways the mailing list? Yes, a number of Google groups have disappeared. I don't think there has been an explanation from Google, yet. -- Robert Kern "I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth." -- Umberto Eco

yes, sorry, I meant the google group. Has the message archive gone with it? I have some questions which I am sure have been answered before, it would be great to be able to search the discussions. Any idea how I would do that? On Thu, Nov 6, 2008 at 7:53 PM, Robert Kern <robert.kern@gmail.com> wrote:

Either Google with site:projects.scipy.org/pipermail/numpy-discussion/ or through GMane: http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.numeric.general For general information on the mailing lists: http://www.scipy.org/Mailing_Lists -- Robert Kern "I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth." -- Umberto Eco
