python - Python 2.5.1 numpy '1.0.3.1' pynetcdf 0.7 OS X 10.4.11 Using pynetcdf I create a file, write to it and then close the file. When the file closes I get a large number of the following messages: python(22656) malloc: *** Deallocation of a pointer not malloced: 0x239e6b0; This could be a double free(), or free() called with the middle of an allocated block; Try setting environment variable MallocHelp to see tools to help debug Any advice on ow to address this problem? I noticed that on the scipy user forum ( summer 2007) that there was a report of pynetcdf crashing on python 2.5.1 but there was no solution offered. --Jim
