Hi folks, I am trying to plot 2D data (x,y->z). Contour nearly does what I want except that I wanna fill a full pixel/square/rectangle for each x,y pair (since x and y are integer values). Contour plot draws lines and bevels between the points. What's the right plot/option for me. Best Martin

Have you tried pcolor()? http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/matplotlib.pyplot.html#-pcolor -- Nathan Bell wnbell@gmail.com http://graphics.cs.uiuc.edu/~wnbell/
