I would like to be able to build the ProblemDefininition on the fly so that isfepy (and hence sfepy within femhub) is more useful. There should be both ways, as once you settle on what you want to solve, you can put it in an input file... So yes, anything that can be specified in an input file is going to be settable/changeable from the isfepy shell/sage notebook.
But it is not a top priority for me right now.
