I could install sfepy on lubuntu15.04.

I am going to check sfepy on Windows gradually.

I do not know why igakit fails to install, sorry. You can try a different
version (I am using the hg version sources of January 2015). It is needed only
for geometry/grid generation for the isogeometric analysis. Unless you want to
use that, you can safely ignore the related test failure.
