I had 0.37.0 (pip-installed) and it worked, now I tried updating to 0.38.1 and
it behaves as you report - only a single field is visible - the last one added
to the view.

FWIW I can view the other fields using the -f option:

sfepy-view -e regions.vtk -f Gamma1:p0

But it works one field at a time only.
