lxml dependency not documented (I think)
I don't think the dependency on lxml is documented. I had some issues building the docs using the gen script. Installing lxml, and the dev pacakges for libxml and libxslt solved the problem.

It is mentioned in README and INSTALL, but could be made more visible. I will fix the doc generation script to print what to install.

Sorry, I didn't see it in the dependencies at the top of INSTALL and over-stated things in my last message. It is fairly clear in the Documentation section. But a slightly more helpful error message would be nice (but is not essential).
