Example for an explicit solver?
Dear SfePy,
Greetings!
I read on the arXiv paper that there is (or will be) an explicit solver (e.g. for collisions, in contrast to the iterative implicit solver) in SfePy. I wonder what is the status of that solver, or if possible, do you have a working example using the explicit time stepping method?
Thank you!
Shawn

Hi Shawn,
not much changed in the time-stepping solver modules since that paper, but it is likely to improve significantly this year (maybe already the next release). The current state: check the example [1] for a very basic explicit time stepping. Concerning the contacts, there is a very preliminary support for those, see [2].
