I have gone through all the tutorial, it's really nice, and everything works!
I have made some small fixes in the text, hopefully not screwing things up.
A few remarks:
the mesh file available at [1] points to ITS2D.mesh, while the mesh name used in [2] is its2D.mesh.
you may want to format its2D_*.py scripts as attached.
