run_test.py script generates PETSc Error / mac Os Big Sur Apple M1
I follow the manual to install sfepy in a conda environment.
The tests I made (python ./run_tests.py) are ok except this error which does exist for several test files : [1] ../tests/test_eigenvalue_solvers.py PETSc Error --- Open MPI library version Open MPI v4.1.0, package: Open MPI runner@Mac-1610582404968.local Distribution, ident: 4.1.0, repo rev: v4.1.0, Dec 18, 2020 does not match what PETSc was compiled with 4.0, aborting --- test_eigenvalue_solvers: failed!
An idea ?
Many thanks.

Can you try downgrading openmpi to 4.0.*?
r.
Hi,
Many thanks,
I will try but because I installed all the package with conda install, I have to find how to downgrade the package (it is probably mpi4py package).
If I run the test program via anaconda/spyder for the same environment, it seems that it works without error !?
Thanks,
Gilles
Hi,
did you resolve your problem?
You can use conda install <pkg>=<version>
to install a specific package version.
r.

Hi,
Sorry for the late answer.
I installed openmpi 4.0.5 package and now it solves the mpi issue.
All test are ok now except test_input_ballon.py :

OK, thanks! (The messages are just warnings from C, that are not filtered out.)
