Comments added to le.py
I added some comments to le.py that I think are helpful to other beginners. If they are wrong, I need to know what I am still misunderstanding about the setup file. If they are right and useful, let me know what the best format is for doing that sort of thing.

It was ok, and is in. I have just removed some old stuff from le.py, and made some minor changes to the comments.
