Trying http://spambayes.sf.net/ worked fine for me just now. If it ever is down, chances are high only someone at SourceForge could explain why (or repair it).

It's something in the network. Connection Interrupted The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection.
