I tried deleting SpamBayes, including using a "cleaner" to get rid of all traces of it, hoping that would delete my password. Then I reinstalled it, but it still showed my user name "Jane B Smith", and asked for my password. Please send me my password so I can continue with your program. Jane B Smith (931) 260-0232

Filtering doesn't start automatically when Outlook is opened

With Outlook 2002, SpamBayes automatically started filtering messages when Outlook was opened. When I open Outlook 2003, I must use the Filter Messages option once to perform this task manually before automatic filtering is enabled. Does anyone have an idea how to get SpamBayes to start filtering messages automatically when Outlook 2003 is opened? sorry, but I'm not someone who can make sense of all your trouble shooting info; I looked through it but did not see my spam error message listed. spam isn't working unless I manually move a message to junk mail. I get a message saying 'spam folder is too big...more spam than ham', something like that, but I have no idea where to find the folder the message is referring to. I've permanently deleted most of my delete file but that didn't help and I couldn't delete junk suspect file to deleted folder. please help! thanks. Problem filtering folders in other mailboxes

Support: Thank you for an incredible product. SpamBayes is the only thing that allows me to use email. Without it, I would be drowning in spam. I am responsible for monitoring multiple mailboxes. Under Outlook 2002, I set SpamBayes to filter the Inboxes of each mailbox I monitor. This worked great. However, I was forced to upgrade to Outlook 2003 and now things aren't so rosy. Under Outlook 2003 and SpamBayes V1.1a4, I cannot open the other mailboxes when browsing for folders to filter. All the mailboxes are listed in the tree, but clicking the [+] next to the mailbox doesn't open it. If I click in the root mailbox folder, I get the standard prompt to select a child folder, but I cannot. I have Owner permission on all of these mailboxes and folders. I can access their contents without restriction. And, this all worked fine under Outlook 2002. All the mailboxes are hosted on Exchange 2003. Can you provider any guidance on this issue? I have read the various support documents, but I am unsure if it is just something I'm doing wrong or if this is a bug. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Dear spambayes team Development team first I like to say you have great product which is I currently use for outlook 2003 but when we changed to outlook 2007 I could not use any more because it's not functioning any more.
