Getting SpamBayes Started

To whom it may concern, I installed Spambayes, but when I right click on the Icon to configure it, I get a Microsoft list of options as opposed to the description in the documentation. I am running Outlook Express and when I initially installed Spambayes, I read the different versions as opposed to the system that they ran with, and I installed the version for Outlook initatially as opposed to the Outlook Express version. I read the instructions and they said when Outlook comes up it gives you options to run the system. Naturally whe Outlook Express came up it came up normally and when I went back. and re-read the installation details I saw where ther was a different version for Outlook Express as opposed to Outlook. Can you tell me how to rectify the problem ?? Ed Marshall

unmarking spam

I am using the latest version of spambayes on windows xp. It works well except that it continues to mark all email, with or without attachments from one particular party as suspected spam. I always click, remove from spam, but every time something comes in from that party it is marked as spam. What can I do? Thanks Ted

Can you tell me how I can receive incoming mail again, and if possible, recover the hundreds of missing messages. Uninstalling

Hi, Today I installed the spamfilter SpanBayes, but Already I have uninstalled it again, because it sent all my mails into the junkfile directory without any warning, no matter which settings I had made. Outlook Add-In - Outlook 2003 on Windows 2003 Server

Hi, Whenever I try to run the 1.0.4 or 1.1a4 versions of SpamBayes on my laptop (running Windows 2003 Server R2 Service Pack 2) and Outlook 2003 Service Pack 3, Outlook fails during initialisation and offer me the chance to disable the add-in. Any ideas what is causing this ?? Outlook Express problems

I can't get spambayes to work at all. I use Windows XP I install the Windows XP Outlook Express 1.0.4 I changed everything it told me to and it always says there are no messages. I get about 70 or more spam emails a day I really need some help. Thanks Avery.
