Problem with SpamBayes

I am running Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. I have downloaded and installed SpamBayes with the Outlook plug-in. Outlook will not start with the plugin active. Outlook closes and has me deactivate the plug in before it will open. Is there something I should do to correct this? Yahoo Mail

The ISP I use uses Yahoo mail, I check there first before loading to Outlook 2003. I am wondering if it will catch spam at the Yahoo site as the filters my ISP uses let an awful lot of spam get through. I don't even want to see spam in my bulk mail box, will this stop that?
