Gentlemen, When starting Outlook 2010 the following error occurs: "There was an error initializing the SpamBayes addin. Please re-start Outlook and try again". After that SpamBayes stops working. De-installation and re-installation does not seem to work. Please advise. Best regards, Jürgen Swatek

I want to change the location of my Junk Suspects folder. By default it puts it in the I read all of the documentation about default_configuration.ini but none of the files with the options installed. I have checked on line and can't find the documentation? Hello, I have been running SpamBays for many years and love the product. A problem has developed in the last week where I load Outlook 2010, SpamBays works for a while and then quits working. There is no error message it simply stops filtering and the spam button does nothing. I have tried un-installing the product and re-installing with no luck, I have also tried installing to the C:\SpamBayes direction And nothing seems to help. The default Spambayes port is 8110, so the client should have "localhost:8110" for its incoming server settings. Hello, I installed and attempted to use spambayes on my Windows 7 machine, 64-bit, with Windows Live Mail. My mail is through Comcast, and required authentication. I could not get it to work at all. Windows Live continued to report failure to connect to mail server (I did set the account’s pop3 to localhost after configuring spambayes for this account). I’m sure I was probably just doing something wrong in the configuration but couldn’t find anything helpful in your FAQ’s. thanks

Hi, First of all I am thrilled about SpamBayes! I am a long suffering soul with Outlook 2007 being unable to handle multiple spams. I had thousands of them and had no patience to go and individually select them to spam senders list! Now, my question is this: I have some 14K plus spams sitting in the new folder 'Spam Suspects' created by SpamBayes. If I delete them, will SpamBayes still remember the rules to put them in spam later? Thanks! Ram
