I installed the Outlook add-in and it worked fine for a few weeks. Then it just stopped filtering out the spam. I can't figure out what broke. My log file is attached. Please advise as to what I can do to re-start the filter. Thanks.

The log file is filled with assertion errors from classifier.py. This almost certainly means that the database is corrupted. This is, unfortunately, a known issue that we are (still!) trying to determine the cause of. Until we do, the solution is to retrain from scratch, building a fresh database. =Tony Meyer
