I read in one of the "help" training messages that mail should always be checked (spam or ham that is being trained) that the message is read. I have not done that, and did not realize it should be done, and what is the reason to check the mail is read option? Am using the Outlook plug-in - under XP Pro SP2 and Outlook 2003
