I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.2627.6753) SP3. I have used SpamBayes for well over a year and it has worked very well. Just recently it suddenly stopped working. I went to the usual controls which did nothing. So far I have tried to delete and reinstall SpamBayes but that has not helped - and in sheer desperation deleted and reinstalled Microsoft Office. That didn't help either. So I still have the SpamBayes sitting in the Outlook window doing nothing and the spam mounts up. Can someone please give some advice? Many thanks Steve
