Is there any way to prevent SpamBayes from logging?
Not using the binary, no. You can run from source and do whatever you like with the log information.
It is consuming all the space in my C: (944 MB) with a log file which just has the following line repeated ad-infinitum till it consumes all my hard-disk space! warning: unhandled exception
This is a problem with 1.0.3. Please upgrade to 1.0.4, which should fix this problem.
I want to disable logging, at the least limit the size. Is there a way?

Also how can I specify where to store the log file? I searched through all options in vain!
With the binary the log file is always stored in the Windows temp directory. The only way to change where it is is to change the temp directory location. Again, running from source you can do what you like.
