Dear all, DSA organizers are happy to officially announce the DSA 2021 event happening from 4th - 8th October. The event will be entirely virtual and is organized in collaboration with Sol Plaatje University in South Africa. The theme for this year’s event is "Women and Data in Africa". We want to improve the gender balance in Data Science in Africa, by empowering women and by encouraging men to consider their role as male allies. We strongly encourage the participation of women from across the continent.
